Hi,  My name is Aman, and I am the author of this website, A while ago, I used to be a skinny wimp, weighing 120lbs, I'm 5'8. One day i got tired of being the wimp, and i was really interested in get bigger, I knew it wasn't going to be easy, but i sat down and did my research from A to Z, before hitting the gym, After 2 months of long and hard hours in the gym, i had gain a amazing 17lbs, with 8% body fat, Now after 6 months and let me tell you those were the most painful 6 months of my life, but also they were the best because i went from a skinny average Joe, to a good looking stud, my current weight is 169, 6% body fat, and let me tell u im looking and feeling good as ever, So it made sense of me building this blog,about my passion witch is weight lifting. When i gained that 49 pounds in 6 months, i added more cardio to my program, now i have a rock hard chiseled all year long,i will try my best to give you great information on training programs, fitness,weight gain and weight loss.
